How Jaggery is prepared?
Follow the below steps :
- Cutting Sugarcane from the fields
- Adding Sugarcane to Grinding Machine
- Extract sugarcane by feeding to Grinding Machine
- Collecting sugarcane juice in tank
- Supply juice to boiling process and extracting wastage
- Adding ingredients (salt, soda, color etc.)
- Then finally Tray feeding.
